Please submit your information to register as a Non-Paper Participant.
The following registration fees apply for non-paper participants:
In order to register for GRM 2026, Non-Paper Participant are required to pay a fee during registration depending upon their occupation:
Professionals, academics, and government/embassy/ministry officials: GBP 500
Students GBP 200 (must provide a valid student ID upon registration in Cambridge)
Paper presenters whose abstracts have not been accepted can register for GBP 350
Registered non-paper participants will be able to attend up to TWO workshops including the following:
Tuesday, 21 July 2026
- GRM 2026 Opening Ceremony at the West Road Music Concert Hall
- GRM 2026 group photo at King’s College
- Reception and Gala dinner at King’s College
Wednesday 22, July 2026
- Full day at the workshop of choice
- Lunch at King’s College
Thursday 23, 2026
- Full day at workshop of choice
- Lunch at workshop venues
- Closing dinner at King’s College
